Our commitment to you
At m-ibrahim.com we always aim to deliver the highest quality in our services and digital products. We understand that every client has their own circumstances, so we have written this policy clearly and transparently so you know your rights before you decide to buy.
This policy applies to all products and services offered on the site and is divided into two main parts: digital products and design services.
Downloadable digital products
This category includes design templates, icons, fonts, brushes, calligraphy sets, add-ons and all digital files available for instant download.
Because digital products are made available for instant download, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and the file has been made available.
The only exception
If a file has a technical defect that prevents it from being used, the client may contact us within 48 hours of purchase for technical support or a replacement file. Dissatisfaction with the design style, or a change of mind after downloading, is not an accepted reason for a refund.
Refund policy for services
Design services follow a flexible policy based on the stage the project has reached:
Before work begins
The client may request a full refund of the amount paid, with no questions asked and no conditions. Just contact us and the amount will be returned within 3–5 business days.
After work begins and before delivery
Refund requests are not accepted once work on the service has started. However, the project requirements can be adjusted within the agreed scope of work at no additional cost.
After final delivery
Once the final design has been approved and delivered, the service is considered complete and no refund requests are accepted.
Licensed use and intellectual property rights
We make a point of setting out what the client may and may not do, so the relationship stays transparent and built on clear terms.
What the client may do
- Publish and share the final designs created for them on any platform
- Feature the designs in their personal or business portfolio
- Use the fonts, brushes, calligraphy sets and add-ons in their own creative designs
- Use purchased digital files as part of their own projects
What the client may not do
- Resell the raw digital files as they are (fonts, brushes, calligraphy sets, add-ons)
- Repackage them and offer them for sale as standalone products under their own name or anyone else’s
- Distribute them for free on other platforms in a way that harms the original distribution rights
- Remove the signature or watermark, or attribute ownership to any other party
- Rent out or sublicense the files to third parties
Monitoring of ownership rights
We reserve the right to monitor the internet regularly to detect any infringement of our intellectual property, using an AI system trained on samples of our work. Any content published without prior permission will expose those responsible to legal action.
