Permitted and prohibited use

- Make lawful purchases for personal or commercial purposes under the specified licence terms
- Publish and share the final designs created for you on any online platform
- Feature the designs in your personal or business portfolio
- Use the fonts, brushes, calligraphy sets and add-ons in your own creative designs
- Contact the support team with questions or service requests
Strictly prohibited use
- Copying, distributing or reselling any content from the site without prior written permission
- Reselling the raw digital files as they are, or repackaging them as standalone products
- Using the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity
- Attempting to hack the site, tamper with its systems or damage its infrastructure in any way
- Impersonating m-ibrahim.com or any of its representatives by any means
- Collecting user data through the site by any automated or manual means
- Posting or transmitting any content that contains viruses or malicious software
Intellectual property rights
All content published on the site — including designs, images, text, logos, icons, fonts and digital files — is the exclusive property of m-ibrahim.com and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Personal use licence
The buyer is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for their own purposes
Commercial use licence
Designs may be used in commercial projects within the scope of the licence specified at purchase
No resale
Selling, renting or sublicensing any purchased digital file to third parties is prohibited
Attribution
Removing the signature or watermark, or attributing the intellectual property to any other party, is prohibited
Infringement monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor the internet regularly to detect any infringement of our intellectual property, using an AI system trained on samples of our work. Any detected infringement of content we have not declared free will expose those responsible to full legal action.
User accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account
- Creating more than one personal account to get around any terms or restrictions is prohibited
- We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates this agreement
- Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorised use of your account
